Simon Roberts BVSc |
| |
| Simon is the principal vet
of Struggletown. He is a graduate of the University of
Sydney and has also worked in the UK. He has a special
interest in surgery and has completed a distance education
course in this subject. Simon’s wife Sarah runs
our puppy classes and they have two adorable daughters,
Tully and Sky and a son, Toby. |

Pearl Liew BVSc BVMS |

Pearl graduated from Murdoch University, Perth in 2005. She moved to Sydney soon after graduation and volunteered at the RSPCA Yagoona before taking up a position at the RSPCA Broken Hill. After working in the outback for more than a year, where she rescued and adopted her three-legged cat, Suki, Pearl returned to the city to join us at Struggletown. She has since completed a post-graduate course in dermatology and enjoys all her skin cases but at the same time, also has keen interest in surgery.

Lucy Walker B.Vet.Med. & Georgie |

Lucy is a graduate at the Royal Vet College, London and worked in a mixed practise in Surrey England before migrating to Australia. She worked on the Central Coast for 18months before joining us at Struggletown. Lucy has an interest in small animal medicine and is persuing a distance education course.
Her hobbies include riding, swimming and walking her Jack Russel Terrier, Georgie |

| Helen graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London and was in mixed veterinary practice in Kent before embarking on a six month world tour. She loved Australia so much she decided to settle here. As well as working at Struggletown she volunteers at Taronga Zoo and enjoys all aspects of wildlife work. |

Susie Wood BVMS MRCVS |

Susie graduated from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 2003. She has worked in both small animal and mixed practises in Victoria, NSW and Scotland. Susie is currently furthering her studies in behavioural medicine. She enjoys flamenco Dancing, Yoga, scuba diving and playing with her Rainbow Lorikeet, Batman

Antony Kery B.V.Sc (Hons 1) and Drama
Antony graduated from the university of Sydney in 1999. He worked in the Hunter Valley for 2 years, then went to work in the UK for a further 2 years, before returning to Sydney. After working at several practices around Sydney, he has been at Struggletown since August 2007 and loves being not too far from home. Antony really enjoys the huge diversity offered by working as a veterinarian. He has completed a post graduate studies in oncology with the aim of providing all our cancer patients with the best possible options and care available. Drama and Turtle are 2 very mischievous little critters that he adopted as tiny little abdonded kittens at our clinic from 1 week of age

Hayley Sheehan |
| |
| Hayley joined the Struggletown team in 2004. She is a very motivated veterinary nurse who rapidly attained a high level of competence in her job. She is always keen to learn new skills. Karen Hamer |

| Karen has been with us at Struggletown
since 2000 and is an indispensable part of the team. You
will invariably meet her if you visit the clinic and will
no doubt be impressed by her calm and helpful demeanour
and her warmth towards animals. She is very attached to
her pet lorikeet, Barry. Karen is interested in photography,
drawing, music and books. |

Samantha Bridge & Ben

Samantha has over 12 years experience as a veterinary nurse and has been with this practise since August 2007. She thrives on the challenge of treating medical emergencies and has a passion for animals and always cares for them as though they are her own pet.
Samantha's interests include, competition tennis and adventure travel

Kim Doran & Charlie |
| |
Kim started at Struggletown
in 2006. She has been associated with Struggletown for
some time as a WIRES carer and was looking for a change
in career that involved working with animals. Kim always
has a variety of interesting native birds and animals
in her care, as well as her adorable son Evan. |

Jennifer Scott |
| |
Jen started at Struggletown in December 2005 and comes from Yorkshire in the UK. She migrated to Australia with her boyfriend for the beautiful scenery and interesting wildlife. Along with her nursing duties she also helps to raise orphaned baby birds and possums. Jens enjoys bike riding and camping in the National Park

Natalia Wasilewski |

Natalia has always had a keen interest in birds and studied them for quite some time and found her skills would be of great help by becoming a volunteer for wires, taking many sick and injured birds, possum's and other injured wildlife home. She is currently studing Veterinary Nursing at Ultimo Tafe

Chantal Le Moges & Morticia |

Chantal started in March of 2007. She is focussed primarily in reception and during the day it is her bright smile you are most likely to be greeted with. Chantal first had contact with the clinic when she adopted her cat "Morticia" from our cat adoption service. |

Zoe Harvey & Lancaster |
| |
Zoe joined the team in June 2004. Her love and care for animals makes her job all the more enjoyable. Zoe is a self confessed neat freak and this combined with ther organisational skills means that the boarding kennels are a safe and enjoyable place for your pets to stay.
Zoe's interests include kite flying, swimming, going to the theatre and meeting up with friends

Sandy's love of animals (especially cats) brought her to Struggletown in March 2008. She has a husband and 2 cats competing for her time and attention. She is a talented muscian, playing drums, guitar and piano and loves to spend time with her husband at the beach and eating out |
